and educational
Provisional camp where Boys Scouts can earn science
related merit badges that may be difficult to complete in the home troop
environment.
The camp is comprised of a
Science Merit Badge Camp and a Radio Camp.
The radio camp allows
a Scout to study and test for the FCC Amateur Ham Radio License, build a
working transmitter and receiver, and earn the electronics and radio merit
badges. The merit badges are presented by
adult volunteers that are learned and
enthusiastic about the subject matter.
Also,
new this year, a greater selection of merit badges including Eagle
